I had very critical expectations of this event. On one hand, I was expecting little group dynamic games while on the other hand I couldn't imagine that the really critical issues would come up. I am leaving now with a good feeling because the seminar was exactly right for the Tube Line team and everyone made use of the opportunity to bring up even negative experiences, which had been building over time.
